Dip Switch IOTA

Hello, I'm adopting the Lattepanda IOTA in my equipment. In the last few days, I bought 20 IOTA boards. On all 20, I configured the DipSwitch (S1 and S2) to the ON position normally, because since the Lattepanda is internal to the equipment, it should be turned on via the ON/OFF button of my equipment. On only one board, even with S1 and S2 in the ON position, it doesn't initialize when the board is powered on; it only initializes by pressing the button on the board itself. Could you help me with this issue?
