Issue with CPU Cooler on LattePanda Delta

Hi, i have an issue with 2 LattePanda Delta boards, where the cooler for the CPU is starting to give noise, its more like that the ball bearings in the fan is not intact, can't see that we can buy it as sparepart. Any suggestions on how to fix it.
