Is Lattapanda alpha2 i5 8210y dead?

Hello,

Today, my LattePanda Alpha suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason;

I’m using the Alpha2 version. I haven’t experienced any overheating or similar issues. All voltage readings on the PCB appear normal, but I suspect this issue might be caused by static electricity—when I plug in the power cable, the fan starts spinning, but no lights come on and there’s no response.
I think the situation might be something like this:

The fan starts spinning as soon as the power supply is connected to the motherboard. There’s likely an issue with the LQFP-64 chip labeled ITE8110. How can I reload the EC file onto this chip? Or, if I can’t load the EC BIOS onto this chip, could you send me a pre-programmed version of this chip for the LattePanda Alpha2 i5 8210y?
