[DEFECTIVE] LP 2G/32GB eMMC Often Stucks at Panda Logo

I've a problem with this board: often stucks at Panda Logo. If I power off/power on the board the problem persists. If I reset the board, it boots correctly. My power supply is 5V/3A. For my project is a bad thing: I can't access directly to the LP board everytime to reset it.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
