Red light no boot

I have a 4g/64g latte panda and now I am recieving the same results as a few others have posted red light no boot. I was using my panda Saturday and unplugged it when finished, now when I power it up all that happens is the blue light flashes for a bit and goes out and the red light stays solid. I left it on Saturday evening all night and checked it in the morning no changes from when I went to bed. Sent email to techsupport@lattepanda.com and still no response. Hopefully they will respond here, I feel they are dropping the ball on responding to the cusomers on this issue.
