[DEFECTIVE] 4GB / 64 - RED LED, NO BOOT

I received my latte panda a few days ago, it worked fine and then the screen started flickering (Using the recommended AUKEY 5V supply with a good 20ga USB cable).

I was in Windows when the board powered off, when I try to boot it shows the blue led and the red LED, RED LED never goes off.

I'd like authorization to RMA.
