Model unc3240-1

I tried disabling legacy and auto, neither worked. If there is another one with 3 usb 3.0 ports I would gladly return this one and just buy one that we know works.

Do not disable USB legacy support!

Still can't find your USB-C hub info.

@ Therexershow

Please try a different keyboard/mouse combination that is native USB 2.0.
USB 3.1 gen 1, unfortunately is no longer backward compatible with USB 1.1 (which is a standard established in 2000, 18 years ago!)

The product link you provided had stated in 4K HDMI mode, the refresh rate is limited to 30 Hz max.
That's a device-specific limitation.

Am I better off just getting a USB 3.0 expander and plugging right into one of the USB 3.0 ports on the LP? And just get rid of the USB C hub?

Also, try power LP Alpha thru that 4-pin DC power IN. IMO, it is the best and most reliable option.
Do you have a link to Aliexpress or so for a fitting connector for the DC Power IN?

Or is it a standard one?

pick "4P", price is around $1.25 (for pack of 5)
Ignore the colors of the wires, follow what's printed on the PCBoard.
