windows always boots as primary

- Have you tried the solutions listed above?
- What board are you using? Standard (2GB RAM/32GB eMMC) or Enhanced (4GB RAM/64GB eMMC)?
- Have you tried any other solutions?
- How long have you had your board for?
- When did you first boot your board?
- Did it work ok before the issue occurred or has the issue always been there?

hey i got windows reinstalled and macos with open core and im having trouble with the fact that windows is always the primary boot. even if i stick the macos uefi as the boot 1 option it always boot into windows.

ive tried using shell but the bcfg boot dump doesnt work for me
ive tried using linux to change the order didnt work
ive tried using rEFInd and using that to boot and changing the windows boot efi to the rEFInd one and no luck
ive tried rearranging the bios boots and save and restart and doesnt work

any other ideas.....

No idea. Too many moving elements: UEFI, boot partition, boot manager, clover boot, etc.
I think Clover is the best place to ask this type of questions.

ya doenst make sense to me, i did fresh installs again to get rid of all traces of the other stuff i tried and still it always wants to boot windows even if i stick macos as boot 1

Clover has quite a bit black magic in there. Ask questions on their end.
It is beyond a normal PC guy's expertise.
