Most helpful info would be the exact type of the connector, pin layout and maybe diagram of battery wiring to the Alpha :)
It looks like a 10p connector. So I think it's definitely a balance charging connector!

These are very interesting photos...
Above all, you can see that the colleague from China knows the pinout of the "mysterious" connector for connecting a LiPo battery.
... and we know it now.
