Touch screen is one off. Ask LattePanda if they sell it.

That's a telltale sign that LP Delta is having trouble interfacing with your eDP panel.
I have no means to help troubleshooting all kinds of eDP panel issues.
They are not necessarily universally compatible. It may just a simple issue or could be a significant difference.

Pick known to be working is the safer path.

Works fine with "lattepanda Alpha" but I have this problem with "Lattepanda Delta"

Wow. That's a surprise.
The eDP panel I have works for both models.
Since there is no detailed info on Alpha vs. Delta, I am afraid that I could not help on this.
