Hi, I must connect this Grove sensor to arduino PIN http://wiki.seeedstudio.com/Grove-Gesture_v1.0/.
Is it correct use the D2 and D3 PIN? for I2C ( in addition obviously to the 5 volts and GND?)

Yes. (use the same spec as Arduino Leonardo.)

One thing I am not sure is:
whether or not external pull-up resistors are needed or not. (Gut feeling is yes.)

I tried and it works simply by connecting D2 and D3 PIN for I2C
