Hello,
I am thinking of buying a LP 4G/64GB ...

- Is there a Win10 OS preinstalled (not activated / not licensed) ?
- if yes: which edition of win10 ? (Home / Pro / Enterprise / Education / ... -> 32 or 64bit ?)
- if yes: can I switch the OS to german language ?

about the license:
- can I use a german OEM license to activate the OS ? (for example a german Win 10 Pro license ?)
- if not: which kind of license is the right one ?

-Yes, Windows 10 OS is preinstalled, and no it's not activated on this model.
-Mine says Windows 10 Home, 64bit (the 2GB LPs use 32bit)
-Like any windows, you can change the languages, but you may need to download the language packs.

I can't answer the two about the license though, since i've never needed to buy a license for any other language like that.

as long as your key is legitimate it will work with any version. the key is signed to the hardware and activates automatically on boot (assuming you purchased it with a key)
