Numerous & multiple issues

I am pretty disappointed with my LP which I only wanted to use as a media server and media player for my TV using Plex and/or Emby.
Please feel free to respond to the one issue that you encounter or for which you have a solution:

-Not booting from USB: the usb key is seen in the Bios but the F7 boot options will not show it. I am not the only one with this issue and no one so far has come back with a satisfactory solution.

-very weak wifi signal. This is not good enough to stream movies from internal or external network, an ethernet connection should be used for that purpose however:

-Ethernet seemingly creates connection, labelled as 'unkwnown' (how reassuring) but is unable to connect to the Internet

-Extremely slow in everything: internet browsing, installing and running simple programs.

-unsatisfactory media center experience: both Plex and Emby take for ever to update library, load library, load a video.

-Opening Plex media Player inevitably provokes a shutdown of the LP.

As far as I am concerned this is pretty useless to me. Please share your experience...
