If power goes off can it auto turn back on when power is on?

I know if you unplug the power and back in you have to wait for the red LED on the CPU to go off and the red power LED to go off too then press the power button.

Is there a way to set the Lattepanda so if power goes off and then back on it will just boot with out being there to press the power button?

I guess it my be some BIOS setting?

Thanks for setting up a forum on here. I hope you running it on a Lattepanda.
