BIOS/UEFI reset?

It seems I am very unlucky. Got 2 Pandas. The first run 3-4 hours and then I wanted to setup the second. That one didnt start - not even the CPU gets really warm, only the LED is on. Seems broken to me.
So back for the first for the time being and...the first one now does not start, too. There the CPU gets warm but the screen is black.
I am still downloading the image to reinstall Win10. but I thought about hardware-resetting BIOS too and - back to my question: where?
