Touch Display(eDP) Driver support for Linux ARM64

I am planning to use 7" Touch Display(eDP) for LattePanda Alpha&Delta (SKU: FIT0551) ( With an ARM-64 based processor with Linux OS.
As per the details LattePanda Alpha&Delta. is Intel processor. So can we use 7" Touch Display(eDP) with an ARM-64 based processors. A linux driver support is available ?. If Yes Please provide any references ?

eDP spec is very similar with HDMI, just a display interface, thus there shouldn't be a "driver" per se.
Of course, electrical interface should be adhered.
(The graphics driver is the same as the Intel GPU/embedded in CPU-SoC.)

Note: EDID is exchanged thru I2C, I believe. (but may be ignored)

the touch driver is already embeded in the BISO file, you can use the touch screen on linux system.

Where can I get the pin mapping of eDP connector of FIT0551
